My journey into natural health began at a young age, driven by a deep curiosity about how the body heals and restores itself. At nineteen, I started practising Reiki and quickly saw the powerful impact it had on the people around me. Over the years, this passion grew into extensive training in holistic therapies, including becoming a Reiki Master, Equine & Animal Acupuncturist, Hypnotherapist, Spinal Flow Technique Therapist, Neuro Transformation Coach & Practitioner, and Timeline Therapist.<\/p>\n
Along the way, I also began creating natural herbal products and exploring the powerful role that lifestyle, nutrition, and natural therapies play in supporting the body\u2019s healing processes.<\/p>\n
My work today is deeply shaped by my own personal healing journey. After living for 14 years with fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, anxiety, and depression, I understand firsthand what it feels like to live with persistent pain and the emotional weight that often comes with it. Through natural approaches, mindset shifts, and supportive therapies, I was able to completely transform my health and reclaim my life.<\/p>\n
This experience gave me a deep passion for helping others reconnect with their body\u2019s ability to heal.<\/p>\n
Today, my focus is on supporting the body through lymphatic health, particularly through lymphatic drainage massage and pre- and post-operative care. The lymphatic system plays a vital role in detoxification, fluid balance, and immune support, and when properly supported, it can make a significant difference in recovery, wellbeing, and overall vitality.<\/p>\n
